I connect skilled professionals with vetted AI training and evaluation programs — real contract work built around real domain expertise, not a career change.
What you do, your industry, your level of experience, and how much time you actually have. That's what determines fit, not a sales pitch.
Different programs look for different expertise and availability. I'll tell you honestly which one fits, if any — and won't refer you somewhere that doesn't.
I'm the introduction, not the employer. The program handles vetting, onboarding, and any agreement directly with you.
Compensation is set by the program based on the work itself. I'll never quote you a number I can't back up.
I work with a small number of vetted programs. Each has its own criteria, but in general, they're looking for:
Specific professional or technical experience, not a general skillset.
Programs value consistency over raw hours — showing up matters.
I'll tell you exactly which specific program fits your background once we talk — I don't publish those names here so that our conversation stays the way you find out, not a search engine.
I don't charge you anything to be referred — compensation comes from the program directly, for the work you actually do. I'll always tell you what I know before you commit to anything, and if a program isn't a good fit for your background, I'll say so rather than push it anyway.
This isn't a job offer, and I won't describe it as one. It's contract or project-based work, and how much of it exists at any given time depends on the program's own needs.
I'm Zay Patrick, an Army veteran and founder based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Alongside my own ventures, I connect established businesses with AI data partnerships, and I connect skilled individuals with paid AI training and evaluation work. Same principle either way — I evaluate fit honestly before I ever put your name in front of anyone.
Tell me a bit about your experience and availability. I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth pursuing, and with which program — no pressure either way.
